250 Meter Bluetooth Adapter from LM
The LM Technologies LM056 EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) Bluetooth adapter allows you to connect to your Bluetooth enabled device over an impressive range of 250m (750 feet). This device is unique as a Bluetooth class 1 adapter as most other class 1 devices are still in the 100m range.
The LM056 uses the Broadcom BCM2045 EDR Chipset and is compatible with V5 and V6 of the Widcomm Bluetooth stack software. It is compatible with the Bluetooth specification V2 EDR and is backward compatible with V1.1 and V1.2.
A wide range of Bluetooth profiles are supported making the LM056 Bluetooth adapter suitable for VOIP, Stereo Audio and many other applications.
Compatibility is provided for Windows 98Se or later and Mac OS X or later.

Just got one of these myself and please note , it DOES NOT work with Mac OS X Leopard, so kind of a waste of money for me :-(
where u buy it?
Please be aware that altought they say 250m in open space like a park. We have bout hundreds of these to use with a program and we paced out the distance and it was not untill we got 30-40m from the dongle it picked up.
I 100% certain that this does not go up to 200m LM still yet to respond.
